The Real Talk

We need someone who genuinely loves the thrill of sitting across the kitchen table from a homeowner and earning their trust. You'll be the face of a premium painting company in premier neighborhoods across Central Ohio - delivering in-home estimates, walking properties, solving problems, and closing deals.

This isn't about pitching - it's about consulting. Our customers don't want to be "sold." They want a professional who listens, educates, and delivers a solution that makes sense. We've built a system that does exactly that, and we need someone who can execute it at a high level.

What You'll Actually Do

• Deliver 750+ in-home estimates per year (15-20 per week)
• Present comprehensive proposals on-site using our proven sales process and PaintScout software
• Accurately estimate project scope, labor hours, and materials to hit gross profit margin goals
• Build value through our unique proposal system (bonuses, upgrades, warranties, exclusive client perks, and community giving program)
• Manage your pipeline and follow-ups using HighLevel CRM
• Coordinate seamlessly with our production team for smooth project handoffs
• Double your commission for leads generated through your own yard signs, door hangers, and personal networking

• $1.2M in sold projects (your commission checks will thank you)

• 95% on-site estimate delivery (we sell in-home, not from behind a desk)
• 50% gross profit margins on 75%+ of your projects

Must-Haves

• Proven in-home sales experience (we don't care if it was roofing, solar, windows, or furniture - we care that you've closed deals face-to-face)
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record (you'll be in premium neighborhoods daily)
• Comfort working evenings and some weekends (that's when homeowners are available)
• Basic tech skills (PaintScout, HighLevel CRM, Google Suite)

Nice to Haves

• Painting, construction, or home improvement knowledge
• Bilingual English & Spanish
• Experience selling $5K-$15K average tickets
• Understanding of estimating/project scoping
