We are looking for an experienced Sales Lead to drive sales strategy, revenue growth, customer acquisition, and commercial performance across Qatar.
This role will lead sales activities across data centers, ICT, telecom infrastructure, cloud, AI, managed services, and digital transformation solutions, while strengthening strategic customer relationships and supporting business growth.
Key focus areas include:

Sales pipeline, forecasting, and commercial performance

Tendering, proposal reviews, and commercial negotiations

Market intelligence and competitive positioning

Leadership of the sales team
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

12 to 15 years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or commercial leadership

Minimum 5 years in a senior sales management role

Experience in ICT, telecom, data centers, cloud, digital infrastructure, or technology solutions is preferred

Strong GCC market and enterprise account management experience
