Sales Lead Administrator - Real Estate Experince

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Lead Administrator to support our luxury real estate sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing incoming leads, maintaining CRM accuracy, coordinating with sales consultants, and ensuring seamless lead distribution and follow-up processes.This role plays a critical part in maintaining the high standards and efficiency expected within a luxury real estate environment.

*Lead Management*

-Receive, screen, and distribute incoming sales leads to appropriate consultants.

-Ensure timely assignment and follow-up of all leads.

-Track lead status and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.

-Monitor response times and performance metrics.

-CRM & Data Management

-Maintain and update CRM with accurate client and property information.

-Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales lead reports.

-Ensure proper documentation of all client interactions.

-Support the sales team with administrative tasks.

-Coordinate viewing schedules and appointments when required.

-Assist in preparing sales reports and performance dashboards.

-Follow up with agents to ensure proper lead handling.

-Compliance & Quality Control

-Ensure all documentation complies with company policies.

-Maintain confidentiality of client information.

-Uphold the company’s professional standards in all communications.

*Requirements*

-2 years proven experience in real estate administration or sales support

-Strong knowledge of CRM systems.

-Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

-Strong communication skills (written and verbal).

-Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

-High attention to detail and accuracy.-Professional appearance and demeanor.
