SALES LEAD - ARABIC SPEAKING (AUTOMOBILE SALES)

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Lead to join our team and assist in growing our online classifieds business in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in sales, as well as a strong understanding of the online classifieds market.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a sales strategy to attract new businesses and listings to the platform, including defining and adapting OKR/KPI.

Create and manage a sales plan in line with established OKR/KPI.

Identify and qualify new sales opportunities.

Negotiate and close deals.

Manage and track sales performance, including regular measurement of KPI.

Work closely with the marketing team to generate leads and drive traffic to the platform.

Qualifications:

Arabic Speaking

Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the online classifieds industry.

Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies.

Strong understanding of the online classifieds market.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
