Sales Lead (Bilingual sales Team Lead)- Wireless Retail

Responsibilities

  • Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Motivate and manage a team of sales associates through coaching, training, and performance feedback.
  • Drive sales by implementing effective merchandising strategies, promotional activities, and upselling techniques.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and accurate recordkeeping to optimize product availability.
  • Handle customer inquiries with professionalism, resolving issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Conduct employee orientation sessions, interviews, and assist in recruiting top talent.
  • Manage cash handling procedures, POS transactions, and store financial processes with accuracy.
  • Support shift management duties including scheduling, payroll processing, and supervising staff attendance.
  • Maintain store standards through merchandising, pricing accuracy, and cleanliness to enhance shopping experiences.
  • Utilize strong negotiation skills to build relationships with vendors and suppliers for purchasing needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail sales management or assistant management roles with supervising responsibilities.
  • Demonstrated skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and team leadership.
  • Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer bases effectively.
  • Knowledge of retail operations including POS systems, inventory control, merchandising, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time efficiently across multiple tasks such as training & development and administrative duties.
  • Excellent communication skills coupled with phone etiquette and customer service expertise.
  • Experience with retail math for budgeting, sales analysis, and financial reporting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with grocery store operations or wireless sales is a plus but not required.
