• Minimum 1 year of experience working in the Plumbing and/or HVAC industry as a Customer Service Rep or Sales Lead Generator
• Positive, upbeat, and energetic attitude with Customer Service prowess.
• Ability to respond quickly to incoming leads and make outbound calls to prospective clients in efforts to schedule
• Experience working with ServiceTitan and/or similar CRM software applications
• Basic knowledge and understanding of HVAC and/or Plumbing systems, products, and services and the ability to field basic questions
• Ability to effectively manage conflict resolution with customers through clear communication, addressing all concerns, questions, or problems expediently
• Ability to multi-task efficiently while maintaining composure and providing first-class customer service
• Ability to field inbound calls from prospective clients
• Ability to schedule client services

• Ability to schedule a consultation between a prospective client and a Technician or Sales Representative
• Ability to issue purchase orders to vendor
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, technicians, sales staff and department personnel via telephone, email, and written correspondence to answer inquiries expediently
• Perform administrative duties to assist with the overall efficiency of the operation
• Promptly report any service issues to the appropriate leader to ensure 100% customer satisfaction is maintained
