We are looking for a proactive and motivated Sales / Lead Generation Executive (Telesales) to strengthen our sales pipeline by identifying and developing new business opportunities for our branding and visual display solutions. The role focuses on prospect research, initial client outreach, lead nurturing, and qualifying opportunities for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct research to identify potential clients across sectors such as retail, events, real estate, hospitality, entertainment, and corporate.
- Generate qualified leads by reaching out via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Present and explain our services—including print solutions, display structures, branding installations, and exhibition/event products—to potential customers.
- Understand customer needs and match them with suitable offerings.
- Maintain and update lead information, call notes, and follow‑up tasks in CRM systems.
- Coordinate with the sales team to schedule meetings, demos, and handovers of qualified leads.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets for number of leads generated and conversion rates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outreach and nurturing.
Required Skills & Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, inside sales, telesales, or business development.
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to engage professionally.
- Experience in B2B environments—preferably within branding, printing, advertising, events, or fabrication industries.
- Ability to research, identify, and qualify potential business opportunities.
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and productivity tools.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
