Sales Lead Generator and Guest Relations - Representative

Serenity Springs is a year round adult romantic get away. We have 31 luxury cabins on 85 wooded acres. We provide an environment for our guests focused on privacy, comfort and romance. Located in La Porte, Indiana.

Job Position: Professional phone salesperson - Front office Guest Relations

Responsibilities include:

• Answer incoming phone calls
• Following up on missed calls and messages
• Greeting Guests in-person
• Conversing with guests on phone and in-person
• Selling and booking reservations for new and repeat customers on the phone (success can result in higher hourly pay or performance bonus)

Skills and Necessary Experience:

• Professional and courteous phone skills
• Charismatic and engaging conversational skills
• About one year of office or clerical experience
• Phone and computer skills (Excel, Word etc.)
• Able to work independently and with a team of 1 to 10 people
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-pace environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
