Sales Lead Generators & Telecallers (Sales & Retail)

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Sales Lead Generators & Telecallers to join our Sales & Retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads for agri machinery, contacting potential customers, promoting products/services, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephonic conversations.
• Explain product/service features and benefits clearly.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with potential customers to close sales (if required).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
• Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or lead generation .
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Positive attitude and customer-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
