Sales Lead- Hospitality Channel

  • Protect and grow revenue from existing Hospitality customers
  • Increase sales via upselling additional products and cross-selling new categories
  • Identify, target, and acquire new Hospitality customers across Hotels, Resorts, Fine Dining, and Catering groups
  • Build strong relationships with Executive Chefs, F&B Directors, Purchase Heads, and Culinary teams
  • Ensure timely collection of outstanding payments as per agreed credit terms
  • Track customer demand, order patterns, and suggest product mix improvements
  • Work closely with Operations and Supply Chain to ensure smooth service and delivery
  • Conduct regular market visits, identify opportunities, and address service gaps

Job Type: Full-time

Experience:

  • Hospitality Sales: 3 years (Required)
