Position Summary: The Sales Lead Qualifier plays a key role in managing and qualifying inbound and outbound leads. The role involves engaging potential clients, understanding their needs, assessing their interest and purchasing potential, and ensuring only qualified prospects are passed to the sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and respond promptly to incoming inquiries from various channels.
  • Contact leads to assess requirements, preferences, and readiness to purchase.
  • Evaluate and categorize leads based on qualification criteria.
  • Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM system.
  • Ensure qualified leads are efficiently transferred to the sales team.
  • Update and manage the lead database to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
  • Track lead sources and performance to analyze conversion trends.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign-generated leads.
  • Monitor the lead pipeline to prevent missed opportunities.
  • Represent the company professionally during client interactions and build rapport.
  • Provide accurate information about ongoing and upcoming projects.
  • Schedule appointments or site visits for qualified leads.
  • Generate regular lead qualification and conversion reports.
  • Share feedback with Sales and Marketing teams regarding lead sources and customer feedback.
  • Identify opportunities to improve conversion efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales coordination, telemarketing, or lead qualification, preferably in real estate.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer-focused with a professional and courteous demeanor.
