Sales/ lead response/ Financial Closer

Sales Specialist role to include:

* You MUST have at least 2 years of Health/ Sales experience *

● Curate an elevated experience for patients through the phone, and communicating with office staff.

  • This position is focused on patient outreach through phone, texting and email communications. You must be a highly motivated care coordinator who is willing to follow up with patients regarding their care.

● Learn and have extensive product knowledge on all services, ensure patients are cleared for

treatment before purchase, call patients sold prior to appointment to ensure they don’t have any additional questions, follow up after their appointment to ensure satisfaction

● Strong verbal and written skills, highly professional. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, outbound dials (minimum 90 calls per day), email recaps for services for patients.

● Patient relationship building, strong phone skills required.

● Lead generation

● Representing the brand, active listening skills

● Will be required to send end of day reports with productivity, sales numbers.

● Meet and exceed sales goals assigned, assist in gathering yelps for the location to increase lead

generation

● Follow booking guidelines with scheduling, follow correct treatment spacing between different

treatment types. Learn the providers sign offs and schedule appropriately.

● Follow discounting protocol and correct promotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $24.00 per hour

Compensation Package:

  • Monthly bonus

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)
