The Role


We are looking for an experienced Sales Leader / Account Manager to spearhead adesso’s expansion in Insurance and Healthcare sectors in Saudi Arabia. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing strategic relationships, driving revenue, and positioning adesso as a trusted transformation partner for insurers, regulators, and healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute a go-to-market strategy for Insurance and Healthcare clients in KSA.
  • Build relationships with CXOs and senior executives at insurers, TPAs, healthcare providers, and government regulators (e.g., CCHI, NHIC).
  • Identify opportunities for digital transformation, Cloud migration, SAP transformation (S/4HANA, BTP, Analytics, SuccessFactors), ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, and AI-enabled digital health and insurance platforms.
  • Collaborate with global adesso industry teams to localize proven solutions and accelerators for the KSA market.
  • Strong relationships with global technology providers (SAP, AWS, Microsoft, Snowflake, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and maintain accurate sales forecasts.



Qualifications


  • 8–12 years of proven experience in sales or business development within Insurance and/or Healthcare IT in KSA.
  • Deep sector knowledge: core insurance systems, digital claims, InsurTech, electronic health records, and healthcare process automation.
  • Strong network within insurers, TPAs, and healthcare organizations in the Kingdom.
  • Familiarity with regulatory and transformation frameworks (e.g., Vision 2030, Health Sector Transformation Program, CCHI regulations).
  • Experience selling complex enterprise technology solutions
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; Arabic proficiency preferred.
