Role Overview

We’re seeking a Sales Leader with deep experience and existing relationships across major retailers and consumer brands. The ideal candidate has a proven record of selling technology or consulting solutions into the retail sector and can immediately leverage their network to drive new business opportunities.

This is a high-impact role for a strategic seller who understands the pain points of retail merchandising, product development, and sourcing — and who thrives on building trusted partnerships that drive digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead enterprise sales efforts targeting major retailers, brands, and manufacturers.
  • Leverage your existing network to open doors, create opportunities, and accelerate deal cycles.
  • Consultative selling: Understand client challenges around merchandising, PLM, sourcing, and collaboration; tailor Surefront’s solution to address their business needs.
  • Drive strategic partnerships that result in long-term platform adoption.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent Surefront at industry events, trade shows, and thought-leadership forums.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in retail, retail consulting, or enterprise technology sales.
  • Strong, active network of executive-level retail and brand contacts (merchandising, sourcing, product development, or operations).
  • Experience with retail consulting firms or practices preferred.
  • Deep understanding of retail technology, PLM, or supply chain systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex deal cycles.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
