Identify and generate new sales and leasing leads

Conduct property viewings and presentations for prospective tenants and buyers

Advise clients on property features, pricing, and market conditions

Negotiate lease terms, rental rates, and sales agreements

Prepare and process necessary documentation (contracts, agreements, forms)

Maintain an up-to-date database of property listings and client information

Coordinate with property owners, developers, and internal teams

Ensure properties are presented in excellent condition for viewing

Stay informed about real estate market trends and competitor activity

Provide after-sales/leasing support to clients
