Sales & Leasing Consultant ( Arabic nationality)

We are seeking to hire a Leasing and Property Management Officer on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years of experience in leasing and property management within the United Arab Emirates.
• Valid UAE driving license.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage property files and follow up on contracts and related documentation.
• Good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Marketing and leasing of real estate units.
• Follow-up on lease contracts, renewals, and collections.
• Coordination with tenants and property owners.
• Preparation of periodic reports and submission to management.
• Follow-up on maintenance, handover, and take-over procedures.
