Job Overview

Al Khatat Real Estate is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales / Leasing Consultant to join our expanding real estate team in Qatar. This role is ideal for professionals who can confidently build client relationships, generate leads, close high-value transactions, and contribute to sustained business growth in a competitive property market.

The successful candidate will work with Bin Al Sheikh properties as well as other developers and private properties across residential and commercial sectors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and manage property sales and leasing opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, investors, and clients
  • Conduct property viewings and client meetings professionally
  • Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently
  • Maintain accurate records through CRM systems
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales/leasing targets
  • Coordinate with marketing and management teams to maximize property exposure
  • Follow up on leads and maintain excellent customer service standards

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales or leasing in Qatar
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of the Qatar real estate market
  • Ability to work independently and achieve targets
  • Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude
  • A valid Qatar Driving License & Own Vehicle is preferred
  • Speaking Arabic is an advantage
  • Experience using CRM systems and digital marketing platforms is preferred
