Sales & Leasing Manager – Job Description 2025

Welcome to The Address Real Estate Company W.L.L window of opportunity.
As an experienced Real Estate Sales & Leasing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company’s financial and new-property targets, as well as the overall sales and leasing activities of The Address Real Estate team. This role is instrumental in driving revenue, ensuring team performance, and supporting the company’s growth and market positioning.
You will lead the team of sales and leasing agents, provide coaching, training, and guidance, and ensure that you and the team consistently achieve the company’s sales, leasing, and new-property listing targets.
You will be involved in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients. You will also prepare and analyze sales and leasing reports and forecasts, and present them to management on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, train, and support the Sales & Leasing team to ensure achievement of financial targets and performance KPIs.
· Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients.
· Ensure full compliance with Qatari real estate regulations and ethical standards.
· Represent The Address Real Estate at industry events and networking opportunities upon management request.
· Ensure the sustainability, productivity, and professional quality of the team by maintaining “best of the best” staffing standards.
· Guarantee the continuous onboarding and development of high-performing agents to sustain revenue flow.
· Prepare, monitor, and analyze sales and leasing reports, forecasts, and KPIs.
Financial & Performance Targets (KPIs):
To maintain high performance within the department, the following minimum monthly KPIs are mandatory:
For Individual Agents:
· Sales Revenue Target: 40,000 QAR per month per agent.
· Leasing Revenue Target: 20,000 QAR per month per month per agent.
· New Property Listings: Not less than 30 new properties (for sale or lease) per month per agent.
For the Department (Managed by the Sales & Leasing Manager):
· Minimum Department Revenue: Not less than 100,000 QAR monthly (total combined from sales and leasing)
· Ensure all agents meet or exceed their financial and listing targets every month.
· Maintain a complete and updated pipeline of new property listings.
The Manager is responsible for enforcing these KPIs, monitoring performance, and taking corrective actions when targets are not met.
Major Qualifications:
· Proven experience of not less than 5 years as a Real Estate Sales Manager or similar role in Qatar/GCC.
· Strong leadership and people-management skills.
· Bilingual (Arabic & English).
· Excellent communication, sales, and negotiation abilities.
· In-depth knowledge of the Qatari/GCC real estate market and trends.
· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
· Proficiency in CRM platforms and MS Office Suite.
· Valid Qatari driving license is mandatory.
· Owning and using a car is required.
· Must be locally available in Qatar with NOC.
