JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform collateralized loan transactions based on customer individual financial needs and valuation of their collateral.
- Consult with and sell to customers retail items across a wide variety of merchandise categories including but not limited to jewelry, electronics, tools and firearms.
- Ability to demonstrate strong cash handling and inventory controls
- Maintain operational excellence in store by ensuring all policies and procedures are being executed at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- High energy and friendly personality.
- Great Customer Service Skills.
- Strong retail skills and interest across a wide variety of merchandise categories including jewelry, electronics, tools and firearms.
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
- Stable Work History
- High School Diploma/GED (preferred)
- Strong math skills
- Computer Literate
- Previous Retail or Pawn Experience a Plus
- Able to Work a Flexible Schedule, including Weekends
- Bilingual a Plus
- Eagerness to learn
- Dependable
- Must pass Criminal Background check.
- Must be able to work standing for a minimum of 8 hours.
- Must be able to bend, stoop and lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
