Sales and Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a Sales and Operations Coordinator to support our sales team, including managing trade show logistics, processing sales orders, updating product data, and analyze product performance. If you love to travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have strong attention to detail, this is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Logistics & Customer Service

  • Enter and process sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Handle invoicing and coordinate payment processing
  • Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and product availability

Trade Show & Travel Coordination

  • Plan and attend nationwide trade shows
  • Set up booths and engage with potential and returning clients
  • Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-ups with leads

Inventory & Sales Analysis

  • Analyze sales trends to determine product pricing and production strategies
  • Work with production teams to forecast demand and ensure stock availability

Website & Data Management

  • Update product information, pricing, and inventory on the company website
  • Ensure all online content is accurate and up to date

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, operations, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in invoicing and order management software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms and website management tools
  • Willingness to travel
