Sales & Logistics Officer

We are seeking a Sales & Logistics Officer to manage export sales, documentation, and logistics operations for our food product business. The ideal candidate must be based in Dubai, have strong experience in international sales, and be knowledgeable in export procedures, documentation, and payment terms.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle export sales for food products across international markets.

* Prepare and manage export documentation (invoices, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin, etc.).

* Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure smooth operations.

* Negotiate and monitor payment terms (LCs, TT, credit terms).

* Ensure compliance with UAE and international export regulations.

* Maintain accurate sales and logistics records.

Qualifications

* Tagalog speaker female candidate (mandatory).

* Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Logistics, or related field.

* 3-5 years of experience in export sales and logistics (preferably food trading).

* Strong knowledge of export procedures, documentation, and payment terms.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

* Proficient in MS Office and logistics.

* Must already be based in Dubai.

* Working Hours: 9AM - 6PM (Monday-Friday)
