We Are Hiring: Sales Man – Construction & Fit-Out

Carisma Decoration and Implementation LLC is a Dubai-based construction and fit-out company seeking a Sales Executive to support business development and secure commercial and residential projects within the Dubai market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new construction and fit-out leads (commercial & residential).

• Visit construction sites, consultants, developers, and potential clients.

• Promote the company’s services and follow up on opportunities.

• Assist in negotiating and securing contracts and projects.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Coordinate with internal teams during the project acquisition stage.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Dubai construction or fit-out market.

• Solid knowledge of construction and fit-out works.

• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Own car is mandatory for site visits.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.
