Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily market visits to meet existing and potential customers.
• Take customer orders and ensure timely coordination with the warehouse team.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Develop new customers and maintain strong relations with existing ones.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure quick resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
• Prepare daily visit and sales reports for management review.

Requirements:

• Minimum Qualification: Intermediate (Bachelor’s degree will be a plus).
• Minimum 1–2 years of field sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Should have good knowledge of local market routes and customers.
• Must be willing to travel daily for market visits.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
