We specialize in residential and commercial properties, offering our clients expert guidance and end-to-end property solutions. We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team and contribute to our growth journey.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of property consultants to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue and market growth.
  • Oversee client relationship management, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
  • Recruit, train, and manage new agents to build a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on real estate trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
  • Manage property listings, negotiations, and closings while supporting team members with transactions.
  • Prepare sales reports and provide performance updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with RERA/DLD regulations and company policies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Team Leader in the UAE real estate market.
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of RERA/DLD rules and regulations (Broker Card is a plus).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • UAE Valid Driving License (Mandatory)
