Role Overview
As a Sales Manager, you will represent Binghatti in the luxury property market, managing qualified international leads via Zoom consultations. You’ll lead the closing process, engage directly with high-net-worth clients, and drive multi-million AED sales—all within a fully digital sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
Handle qualified leads provided by our telesales and marketing teams.
Conduct Zoom presentations showcasing Binghatti’s luxury developments to global investors.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with HNWIs.
Negotiate and close high-value investment deals.
Maintain accurate client records and pipeline updates using Matrix CRM.
Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of sales experience with another real estate developer (mandatory).
Fluency in at least two languages (English plus Arabic, Russian, French, Hindi, or Mandarin).
Proven record of closing high-value deals in luxury real estate or investment sales.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in online consultations and handling international clients.
Proficiency with CRMs (Matrix experience preferred).
Results-driven, ambitious, and passionate about luxury property sales.
