Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven Field Sales Manager to lead our on-ground sales efforts across key regions. This role involves managing a distributed team, nurturing high-value client relationships in person, and expanding Klicpic’s presence through local partnerships and territory development.

The ideal candidate is experienced in B2C field sales, understands consultative selling, and thrives in emotionally engaging, customer-centric sectors like lifestyle services, healthcare, or education.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regional Sales Ownership

Drive sales growth in assigned territories by converting qualified leads and proactively sourcing new business opportunities.

  • Team Supervision & Training

Manage and mentor a team of Field Sales Executives, ensuring they meet performance targets while maintaining Klicpic’s high standards of customer engagement.

  • Client Engagement

Meet clients in person at studios, partner locations, or their homes to consult, pitch, and close high-value photoshoot packages.

  • Lead Management & Conversion

Collaborate with the Inside Sales/CRM team to follow up on leads, set appointments, and move them toward closure.

  • Partnership & Local Activation

Identify and build partnerships with hospitals, clinics, maternity boutiques, and other local businesses to generate leads and brand visibility.

  • Market Insights & Feedback

Provide real-time insights from the field to help refine marketing, operations, and service delivery strategies.

  • Sales Reporting

Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance; ensure data accuracy and lead status updates.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in lifestyle, wellness, education, healthcare, or other customer-facing service sectors
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2C environment
  • Strong team leadership skills — ability to train, motivate, and drive performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and at least one regional language
  • Comfort with CRM tools and mobile reporting systems
  • Empathy, professionalism, and an approachable manner with sensitive clientele (e.g., expecting or new parents)
  • Willingness to travel within assigned region and occasionally across cities

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹617,517.00 per year
