Job Overview:
We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented sales professionals across multiple levels to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have a deep understanding of IT hardware, software solutions, and services, with a proven track record in business development and strategic sales. Your primary responsibility will be to drive revenue growth, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and expand our footprint in Enterprise, SME, and Government segments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in Enterprise, SME, and Government sectors.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
  • Sales Execution:
  • Drive end-to-end sales cycles, from lead generation to closure.
  • Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations with clients.
  • Leverage market intelligence to offer customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Key Account Management:
  • Manage and grow relationships with strategic, large-scale accounts in Government, PSU, and BFSI sectors.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through regular engagement and support.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and sales initiatives.
  • Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes affecting key sectors.
  • Revenue & Performance Management:
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline updates.
  • Provide strategic insights to senior management for business growth planning.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong experience in IT hardware and services sales.
  • Proven track record of handling large accounts in Enterprise, Corporate, Government, PSU, BFSI sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to strategize and execute effective sales plans.
  • Strong analytical skills and market intelligence.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8-24 years of experience in sales, business development, or key account management.
  • Prior experience in handling Enterprise, Corporate,Government, PSU, and BFSI clients is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
