Role Overview:

As a Sales Manager at Elsewhere, you will be responsible for driving sales of our ultra-luxury residences by engaging high-intent leads, conducting premium site visits, and closing bookings through a consultative, relationship-driven approach. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, clearly articulating the value of our design-led homes while ensuring a seamless and sophisticated customer experience. This role requires proven expertise in residential real estate sales—preferably in the luxury segment—along with strong communication skills, market insight, and a passion for delivering excellence in every client interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with leads generated by any channels, providing tailored, in depth project information to prospective buyers.
  • Effectively communicate the unique value proposition of Elsewhere’s ultra-luxury homes to encourage site visits and advance the sales process.
  • Conduct personalized site visits, ensuring a premium, consultative experience that addresses client needs and highlights the design, craftsmanship, and lifestyle offered.
  • Close sales and achieve set targets through a relationship driven approach, maintaining high conversion rates and long-term client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and operations teams to stay aligned on project timelines, pricing, and availability, ensuring accurate and timely communication to clients.
  • Represent the Elsewhere brand in all client and market interactions, promoting our properties through multiple channels and maintaining a strong, sophisticated brand presence.
  • Provide actionable feedback to leadership teams on lead quality, client preferences, and evolving market dynamics.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive advantage in the luxury segment.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven experience in residential real estate sales, preferably in luxury or premium segments.
  • Proven expertise in real estate sales, particularly in the residential sector.
  • Exceptional communication skills to clearly articulate project details and engage potential buyers.
  • Solid understanding of the real estate market to provide valuable insights and advice to clients.
  • Experience advising clients on property investments and assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Ability to handle objections and queries during site visits to ensure customer satisfaction and confidence.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and site visits efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹239,069.28 - ₹1,171,186.38 per year
