Eduscope India is a leading Lab Equipment Manufacturer Company in India looking for a talented Sales Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage the field sales team to consistently achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.
2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the healthcare and wellness sector.
3. Conduct regular field visits to clients, healthcare professionals, and wellness partners to strengthen relationships and understand market needs.
4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through in-person meetings, presentations, and negotiations.
5. Monitor industry trends, competition analysis & activities, and evolve healthcare demands to adjust sales approaches accordingly.
6. Prepare and present detailed sales reports ( i.e., daily reporting and manage leads in CRM/excel with updated status of leads and conversion , forecasts, and performance insights to senior management.
7. Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales initiatives with brand campaigns and product offerings.
8. Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and client engagement.
9. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales activities.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or pharma sectors.
2. 2 to 5 years of strong sales experience with a successful track record.
3. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
4. Self-driven with the ability to operate independently in field environments.
5. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, healthcare management, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
