Position Details

  • Title: Sales Manager
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Salary: $75,000 – $90,000 annually (depending on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and outreach
  • Create and implement sales strategies aligned with company objectives
  • Represent IFSH at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events
  • Prepare customized proposals and presentations for potential clients
  • Coordinate with operations to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery
  • Track leads and sales activity using CRM tools

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing guidance and support
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with property managers and key stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing accounts

Marketing & Brand Support

  • Collaborate with marketing on lead-generation initiatives
  • Provide feedback for client communications and promotional materials

Market Insight & Reporting

  • Monitor sales pipeline, track performance metrics, and report on goals
  • Stay informed of industry trends and competitor activity
  • Share client insights to support strategic decisions and service improvements

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in facility services, commercial cleaning, or related industries
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience in B2B and consultative sales preferred
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Team player with a focus on client satisfaction
