Sales Manager

Key Requirements:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Banking/Insurance.
• Prior experience in Life Insurance sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Job Role:

• Drive sales of life insurance products through the bancassurance channel.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and customers.
• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure business retention.
