Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales of luggage and suitcase products by developing strategies and building strong customer and distributor relationships. The role requires leadership, market knowledge, and a focus on achieving sales growth and brand presence in both retail and wholesale channels.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.

- Identify, approach and secure new distributors, retailers and corporate clients.

- Build and maintain strong business relationships with existing clients and partners.

- Conduct regular market research to analyze trends, competitors and customer needs.

- Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms with retailers, distributors and bulk buyers.

- Ensure strong product visibility through retail displays, promotions and partnerships.

- Track sales performance, prepare reports and present progress to management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales (preferably in luggage, retail, consumer goods or related industries).

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

- Strong negotiation and business development skills.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in managing distributors, retail networks and B2B sales.
