The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and managing the company’s sales operations to achieve revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen client relationships.

This role involves developing strategic sales plans, supervising the sales team, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring that all client inquiries and quotations are handled efficiently and professionally.

He/She is also responsible for setting sales targets, monitoring performance, and implementing action plans to ensure that the company achieves its commercial objectives within the logistics, freight forwarding, and customs clearance sectors.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 6+ years of experience in sales within logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding.
  • Excellent command of the English language—both written and spoken (professional communication and correspondence skills are essential).
  • Proven ability to develop new clients and manage key accounts effectively.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/sales management tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£15,000.00 - E£20,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • logistics, customs clearance, or freight forwarding.: 6 years (Preferred)
