BenchK products are trusted by boutique fitness studios, physiotherapy clinics, hotels, offices, and private clients across the U.S. and Europe. With a fast-growing presence in the American market, we are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to join our U.S. team full-time.

Position: Sales Manager (Full-Time, Office-Based)

As a Sales Manager at BenchK, you will be responsible for driving product sales, expanding our distribution network, and building strong business relationships with studios, fitness retailers, and interior design professionals. You will also represent BenchK at exhibitions and industry events, working closely with our marketing and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming leads provided by the company (phone & email follow-ups);
  • Identify and contact new potential distributors, retailers, and partners interested in listing BenchK products on their websites;
  • Manage sales communication via email and CRM;
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events as a BenchK representative;
  • Assist in preparing sales materials and presentations for partners and events;
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships;
  • Collaborate with marketing to align sales strategies with campaigns and exhibitions;
  • Report weekly on lead conversion, deals, and performance metrics.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or B2B partnerships (fitness, wellness, preferred);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills (verbal and written);
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail;
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Confident phone communication and email etiquette;
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for trade shows and exhibitions;
  • Passion for health, fitness, and design;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot) is a plus.

Pay: $38,000.00 - $41,872.95 per year
