We are currently seeking to hire a Sales & Marketing Associate with hospitality and sales experience to join our team! Our family business is currently looking for a self driven and loyal person. You will be responsible for overseeing and developing the sales operations to grow the business revenue. You would also work with our marketing team to help spread the word of our family business.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company services to new and existing customers.
- Prospect and contact potential customers.
- Assisting to answer, returning, and follow up on all party inquiries via phone, email, web contact, and walk-ins as guided by upper management.
- Coordinate event details for corporate & non-profit clients.
- Create & coordinate 2 Open House events.
- Assist in entering event updates into the event software.
- Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting.
- Monitor event calendar and update it daily.
- Assist to send invoices and collect payments as directed by the direct manager.
- Attend trade shows and networking events to help market the business.
- Contribute collaborative ideas for sales material to present to customers.
- Assist to distribute and create promotional materials.
- Assist in creating content and writing copy for social media advertising.
- Participate in monthly/weekly meetings.
Schedule:
Full-time hours during the regular season (32 hrs/week) Monday - Friday
Up to 40 hrs/week during the busier season and the possibility to work some Saturdays.
