Role Overview

We are looking for a Sales Associate / Sales Manager who can convert online leads into successful property sales.

If you have great communication skills, enjoy connecting with people, and are passionate about real estate or sales, we’d love to have you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with and convert online leads into sales through effective communication.
• ⁠Conduct follow-ups, property discussions, and site visits to close deals.
• ⁠Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• ⁠Coordinate with internal teams and developers for project updates.
• ⁠Maintain sales records and update CRM on a regular basis.

Skills & Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• ⁠Confident and persuasive telecalling and sales approach.
• ⁠Real estate experience preferred but not mandatory.
• ⁠Candidates with general sales experience are welcome.
• ⁠Strong follow-up, negotiation, and closing skills.
• ⁠Professional, motivated, and result-oriented mindset.
