Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executives and Sales Managers to join our team in the used car division. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling used cars, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential customers for pre-owned vehicles through various channels (walk-ins, online leads, referrals, etc.)
• Explain vehicle features, pricing, and financing options to customers.
• Conduct test drives and ensure a positive buying experience.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and follow up for closure.
• Coordinate with valuation, finance, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transactions.
• Ensure timely documentation and adherence to company policies.
• For Sales Managers:
• Lead, motivate, and train the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance and generate performance reports.
• Develop local marketing and promotional strategies to drive sales.
• Manage inventory and ensure optimal display and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in automobile sales (used car sales preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of automobile models, pricing trends, and financing options.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools).
• Valid four-wheeler driving license is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
