Summary: Accountable for the overall market center performance in sales (commissioned and key account), margins and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the Branch Business Plan, including budget target strategies and action plans.
• Executes sales plans within the sales force, working through appropriate personnel.
• Works with General Management to establish sales goals.
• Manages the Branch retail and wholesale pricing strategy.
• Implement new and existing products.
• Organize and direct Branch sales meetings.
• Determines staff requirements, territory planning and territory realignments.
• Reviews sales progress, supports team with improvements and updates.
• Performs other related duties, as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and/ or 3-5 years of related experience.
• Must poses knowledge of bakery and/or bakery related ingredients.
• Understanding of statistical process control.
• Valid driver’ license issued by the State where assigned.
• Ability to travel up to 20%.
