The Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, developing strategies to drive revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The role involves managing day-to-day sales operations, analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and motivating the team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Manage, train, and motivate the sales team to reach individual and group targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and account management.
  • Monitor sales processes and suggest improvements to optimize efficiency.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (30–8 years) in sales management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹49,071.04 per month
