Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive end-to-end sales activities — from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients,
  • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand client base.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
  • 2–5years of proven experience in sales — preferably in interiors, real estate, or construction sectors.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-driven.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
