Key Responsibilities:
- Drive end-to-end sales activities — from lead generation to deal closure.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, corporate clients,
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand client base.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the design and project teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present project proposals, quotations, and cost estimates.
- Ensure timely follow-up and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred).
- 2–5years of proven experience in sales — preferably in interiors, real estate, or construction sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong client-handling and relationship-building ability.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and team-driven.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
