Job DescriptionPosition Overview

The Sales Manager is responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve revenue targets, expand the company’s customer base, and strengthen its market presence. This role involves developing effective sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the consistent delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed individual and group targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with promotional activities.
  • Oversee negotiations and finalize high-value deals with key clients.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated issues effectively.
  • Manage sales budgets, expenses, and pricing strategies for profitability.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales management or a similar leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of sales metrics, performance tracking, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions.
  • High level of motivation, goal orientation, and results-driven attitude.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in digital marketing, B2B/B2C sales, or affiliate sales.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong presentation and networking skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
