Role: SaaS Sales Manager

We are hiring a high-performing SaaS sales leader to own the full sales cycle, build strong relationships, and drive predictable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the full sales lifecycle: outreach → demo → proposal → closure
  • Identify, qualify & pursue new B2B opportunities
  • Conduct engaging product demos and articulate value & ROI
  • Build, manage, and track a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Customer Success & Product teams for onboarding
  • Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
  • Maintain detailed documentation in CRM
  • Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers
  • Provide market trends & competitor insights to product leadership

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in SaaS/B2B Sales (mandatory)
  • Strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation & presentation skills
  • Experience with inbound & outbound lead management
  • Ability to explain functional & technical product features clearly
  • CRM proficiency
  • High ownership, self-motivated, result-driven mindset

Good to Have

  • Experience in HRTech / InsurTech / HealthTech
  • Startup or early-stage sales experience
  • Ability to mentor or lead a small sales team
