We’re now expanding our global sales team and looking for driven Business Development Managers to join us across the MENA, APAC, and LATAM regions .

What You’ll Do

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B clients within target regions.
  • Develop and execute effective outbound campaigns via calls, emails, and networking.
  • Leverage CRM and digital tools to qualify and manage leads.
  • Build and maintain a strong, high-quality pipeline of prospects.


Sales & Relationship Management

  • Engage decision-makers, understand client needs, and present tailored solutions.
  • Deliver impactful product demos highlighting B2Broker’s value proposition.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals with long-term relationship focus.
  • Represent B2Broker with professionalism and in-depth industry knowledge.


Market & Competitive Insight

  • Stay updated on fintech and trading technology trends, competitors, and regional dynamics.
  • Share market intelligence to strengthen sales strategy and product alignment.


Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor key metrics: conversion rates, pipeline performance, and win ratios.
  • Use Salesforce CRM to manage opportunities and produce accurate forecasts.


Compliance & Administration

  • Maintain structured CRM records of all sales activities.
  • Support documentation processes, including KYC and contract preparation.


What You Bring

  • Proven success in B2B sales , ideally in FinTech, liquidity, or trading technologies .
  • Strong understanding of financial markets, broker solutions, and trading platforms .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce) and modern sales methodologies.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and passionate about client success.
