Liventra Properties L.L.C is expanding and we’re looking for a high-performing Sales Manager who can lead, motivate, and grow a successful real estate sales team.

Location: Dubai, UAE

Package: Salary + Attractive Commission Structure

Hiring Along With: Your existing sales team

What We’re Looking For

We are seeking an experienced leader with:

✔ Strong Real Estate Experience

• Off-Plan Sales
• And / OR Secondary Market (Rentals or Sales)
• Must understand the Dubai real estate market deeply.

✔ Leadership & Team Management

• Ability to lead, train, motivate, and guide a sales team
• Track record of achieving and exceeding targets

✔ Sales & Negotiation Excellence

• Excellent closing skills
• Strong communication, presentation & client-handling abilities
• Ability to work with HNW & international clients

✔ Mandatory Requirements

• Must hold Valid UAE Driver’s License
• Minimum 2–3 years UAE Real Estate Experience
• Proven performance in sales / rentals
• Strong CRM usage & property portal knowledge
