Overview
The B2B Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new corporate clients, managing key accounts, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves strategic planning, team management, client relationship building, and continuous market analysis to identify new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients across assigned markets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Conduct sales presentations and proposal meetings with corporate clients.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Understand client needs and provide customized solutions.
- Address client queries, ensure service satisfaction, and maintain high retention levels.
- Sales Operations
- Develop quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Handle negotiation and contract closures.
- Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, service delivery) to ensure smooth onboarding and service execution.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights.
- Identify new business segments and opportunities.
- Provide strategic inputs to senior management for product/service improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in service-based or facility management sectors.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client partnerships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Good analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Experience in corporate sales for Facility Management, ESG, Scenting, Pest Control, or Hygiene services (optional).
- Strong interpersonal skills and team-handling capability.

Pay: ₹575,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
