Job Description:
Mobera Living Real Estate is seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Manager to lead and grow our dynamic team of property consultants. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, has strong leadership qualities, and a proven track record in the Dubai real estate market. This role involves driving team performance, closing high-value property deals, and playing a key role in Mobera’s expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of real estate sales agents
- Set and monitor sales KPIs and performance targets
- Support agents in deal closures and client negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and agencies
- Ensure all transactions comply with RERA and company regulations
- Recruit, train, and onboard new agents when needed
- Report weekly sales performance and forecasts to senior management
- Oversee listing quality, lead management, and CRM usage across the team
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales (Dubai market preferred)
- Proven team management or supervisory experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication in English (Arabic or other languages is a plus)
- RERA certification (preferred or must be willing to obtain)
- Familiarity with CRM systems, portals (Property Finder, Bayut), and sales pipelines
- Ability to lead by example and inspire results
