Vacancy: Sales Manager

Our company, operating in the construction and renovation sector and actively engaged in international projects, is looking for an energetic and goal-oriented female Sales Manager for our Dubai office. We require a candidate who can find and attract clients specifically within the construction, renovation, and fit-out industry. Responsibilities:

• Active search for and acquisition of new clients in the construction/renovation sector; development and maintenance of the existing client base.
• Conducting negotiations, preparing commercial offers, and closing deals.
• Achieving sales targets, developing the sales direction, and participating in revenue forecasting.
• Preparing and maintaining reports on sales and marketing activities.
• Participation in international exhibitions, presentations, and negotiations.
• Coordination with internal departments to ensure a high level of service.
• Willingness to travel for business trips and attend in-person meetings with clients.

Requirements:

• Only female candidates.
• Residence in Dubai.
• Applicants must be originally from Europe or CIS countries.
• Fluent Russian and English (mandatory); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in Real Estate, Construction/Renovation, Fit-Out, or Interior Design is strongly preferred.
• Ability to attract clients specifically within the construction and renovation field.
• Result-oriented, proactive, and systematic approach to work.
• Well-groomed and presentable appearance is important.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, neat professional style.
• Willingness for long-term cooperation.

Conditions and benefits:

• Salary: 4,000–6,000 AED (depending on experience) + commission/bonuses from sales; review after 6 months based on performance.
