🎯  Role Overview

We are seeking a strong  Sales Manager (Business Loans & SME Finance)  with banking experience to lead new client acquisition and manage SME lending opportunities. The ideal candidate is a banker with a proven track record in  Business Loans ,  SME Finance ,  Overdraft Facilities ,  Working Capital ,  Invoice/Receivable Financing , or  Trade Finance .

You will be responsible for generating new leads, onboarding clients, structuring loan requirements, and coordinating with our partner banks and internal financing team.

🔑  Key Responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard SMEs seeking  Business Loans, Working Capital, Invoice Finance, or LC/Trade Finance facilities .
• Build relationships with business owners, CFOs, and finance teams across the UAE.
• Understand client financials, bank statements, trade profiles, and funding requirements.
• Structure loan cases and submit them to internal credit and partner banks.
• Achieve monthly disbursement and revenue targets.
• Manage the end-to-end sales pipeline from lead generation to closing.
• Develop referral networks (auditors, consultants, accountants, brokers).
• Educate clients on Zakaas financing products and digital onboarding process.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and update pipeline status daily.
• Ensure compliance, documentation, and KYC requirements are met.

🧠  Required Experience

• Minimum  3–7 years  UAE banking experience in:
• ✔ SME Lending
• ✔ Business Loans
• ✔ Working Capital
• ✔ Invoice Finance
• ✔ Trade Finance / LC Discounting
• Strong UAE market knowledge (SME segments, industries, documentation, compliance).
• Good understanding of risk, credit policies, and lending requirements.
• Existing SME client database is a strong advantage.
• Experience in cross-selling financial products.
