Sales Manager

We are looking for passionate, dynamic, and high-performing Sales Professionals who pride themselves on their ability to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets. The ideal candidate would be responsible to implement all sales activities and maximize business opportunities.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate and maintain customers of the travel trade segment through various sales activities like physical & virtual sales visits, tele sales calls, etc.

- Implement and execute all sales objectives and action plans to reach and exceed set targets.

- Design and implement strategic business plans that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence

- Own objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales team

- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs

- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

- Conduct product presentation & training for the travel trade

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

- Must be a graduate. MBA or specialization in Sales & Marketing would be preferred.

- A minimum of two years previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in the travel, airline or hospitality industry.

- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences

- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization

- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close

- Strong business sense and industry expertise

- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills

- Fluency in written & spoken English is a must. Additional language proficiency in Hindi and Gujarati would appreciated.

- The candidate would be expected to have a sound knowledge of world geography

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
