Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and professional Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the Security/Manpower market and Housekeeping products segment. The role involves generating new leads, maintaining client relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage sales opportunities in the Security/Manpower and Housekeeping product categories.
• Identify new clients and business prospects.
• Visit clients, explain product features, and close sales.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Prepare daily sales reports and share feedback to improve product demand.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience preferable in the Security/Manpower market and Housekeeping products.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp communication).
• Two-wheeler preferred (optional).

Salary

18000 per month
